Instructions:
Enter date.
Categorize your expenses and add its description (if preferred). Under the category column, list down all expenses you have spent daily, e.g., home expenses (i.e., groceries, meals, or others), transportation expenses, recreation & entertainment, etc. Use the description column for any additional information you want to add for each expense.
Indicate the payment method used. Under the designated section, indicate the payment method used in paying every expense listed. It could be through cash, checks, credit/debit cards, or other payment options.
Enter amount for each expense. For each expense listed, enter its corresponding amount on the same row. Once amount for each expense is entered, the template will auto-calculate the total expenses.
Add notes (if applicable). Feel free to add any notes or comments on the template if deemed necessary.
